Enquiries, not instant orders

Selecting products or submitting a sourcing brief does not place an order, reserve stock or create a binding supply commitment. Orders require a separate written proposal and acceptance. The proposal identifies the contracting party and the applicable commercial terms before you proceed.

Products and availability

Product images and editorial arrangements are representative or illustrative. The website is not a live inventory. Varieties, sizes, grade, maturity, origin, season, packaging and quantities are confirmed for each proposed supply. Hegazy is a sourcing service; the website does not claim ownership of a farm or any certification.

Specifications and documentation

Tell us about any food safety, certification, traceability, labeling or other requirements. Those requirements and the relevant documents must be expressly agreed for the actual products. Website content does not establish compliance for a particular shipment.

Pricing and payment

Prices, quote validity, currency, taxes, duties, transportation charges and payment terms are included in the individual proposal. U.S. customers can request quotations in U.S. dollars. No payment is taken through this website.

Delivery, changes and claims

Delivery locations, responsibilities, handling needs and estimated timing are confirmed in writing. Cancellation, amendment, inspection and claim procedures are set out in the accepted commercial agreement before an order proceeds. Do not rely on an arrival date until the team confirms it.

Communication and privacy

We use your enquiry information to respond and discuss the requested supply, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Service correspondence does not enroll you in marketing. Please do not submit unlawful or misleading content.
